I was blown away by the longevity of this body & hair mist; if I wear it at night, it still lingers close to the skin the next day. And watch out! It doesn’t dry out your hair, something that happens with the Sol de Janeiro ones. I have the coconut and the nude vanilla, which are also brilliant, and this will be next. Ideal for summer, that lactonic coconut gives it substance and beastly performance for a mist; I’m head over heels.

I was absolutely blown away by the longevity of this body & hair mist; if I wear it at night, it still lingers close to the skin the next day. And watch out! It doesn’t dry out my hair, unlike the Sol de Janeiro products I use. I own the coconut and the nude vanilla, which are also brilliant, and this will be my next purchase. Perfect for summer; that lactonic coconut gives it depth and beastly performance for a mist—I’m smitten.

I can’t understand why this mist isn’t already a huge success; it’s incredible. It literally smells like a piña colada: that creamy coconut with that tropical pineapple note, soft, sweet and delicious. It has the typical longevity of mists, but for summer it’s the best, undoubtedly the winner.

First review of this wonder: smell it and buy it. If there’s one scent that defines summer for me, it’s this: a mix of creamy coconut with pineapple (I detect much more coconut). It smells like the beach, holidays, a bit of sun cream… Every summer there are mists claiming to compete with SDJ’s, only to disappoint; SDJ’s quality is unmatched. Finally, I’ve found one at the same level: a natural, evocative, holiday scent that lasts and projects, something rare in other mists. On skin it lasted 4 hours without issues, even when projecting, and longer on clothes. Obviously, this comes at a price: I picked it up for €27 for 236ml, a considerable size. The equivalent SDJ costs €37, so for what it offers, it’s very good. It’s part of a collection of four; I only bought this one; the others were good but softer. The peach has a lovely opening but then I stopped smelling it. In short, it’s worth it.
