At first it smells of fruity champagne, then it leaves a skin scent of champagne with a subtle and pleasant rose. At the end it becomes musky but the champagne and roses are still noticeable. It is a very pleasant, clean and slightly powdery smell, very elegant. It lasts about ten hours on my skin, which surprised me. The trail is moderate and does not become heavy. It is very versatile, fitting for any moment and situation.
I am a man and I had it with my ex; it smells exquisite. I recommend it to women: they will have their man glued to their neck.
Delicious, sweet but not overwhelming or invasive. It can be worn in warm climates, ideal for spring. It is a daily scent with a touch of sophistication, perfect for everyday wear or enclosed spaces. The longevity is average; after four hours I need to reapply.
This perfume is too rich and its notes fit perfectly. I do not have it yet, but when I tried it it had excellent performance: I used it at 4pm and it was still on the skin at 12pm the next day. It is the only one I have tried with that level of fixation. It is a soft sweetness, with a moderate trail, ideal for wearing multiple times. It is not a rare concept, but it is a great option for soft, feminine, and sweet perfumes with good longevity.
One of my favourites: it is like its name, pink in every sense. It wraps you in pink, it is luminous, fresh yet elegant, soft yet sparkling, feminine without being childish. It is exquisite and very long-lasting, eight hours on the skin and even after washing the clothes. I own several bottles because it is easy to wear: it stands out at work meetings, during the day, in the evening, in all seasons, for informal outings, parties or dinners. Just putting it on brightens your day. It is worth trying.
I love it; it is incredible and delicious. Very versatile, with excellent longevity of over 12 hours on the skin and much longer on clothes. I have already bought it twice.
Ideal for going out: it lasts all night and can be detected amongst the smoke and club smells. It is super feminine, long-lasting, sensual and mischievous, with that champagne note that makes it fun. On my skin, the spiced rose with pink pepper stands out; the dry down is excellent. It reminds me of my youth nights dancing. It lasts better in spring or autumn than in summer or winter; it is a super nocturnal perfume.
I regret the purchase; it disappointed me given my expectations. It just smells of roses, rich but without anything special. It is soft and has poor longevity.
A sexy perfume for all seasons; I have had it for two weeks and I love it. Always with the Carolina signature.
Pepper and roses: the opening is an explosion of pepper that lasts for hours and is too invasive for my taste, although as it dries down the floral musk becomes more noticeable. The roses sound a bit old-fashioned at first. I would only wear it if I had no other option; the trail is minimal. I prefer this to 212 VIP, but the opening doesn’t convince me. I do not recommend it; there are better options available, and if you are looking for something similar, Narciso Rodriguez’s Musc Noir Rose is much more balanced.
It’s a very rich scent with flowers and a bit of sweetness. Quite soft and feels like a young adult woman. However, it’s a scent I feel I’ve smelled before, it smells very common, uninteresting or no different from what you can find anywhere.
My favourite! It’s a youthful, effervescent and fresh fragrance, the rosé champagne gives it all the necessary touch.
It smells of peach, citrus, dryness and champagne. That champagne smells metallic and I hate those two notes. I’d prefer the original 212 a thousand times over this. But if you do like those notes, the perfume is well made and long-lasting.
I love it, it smells delicious! It’s sweet but not cloying thanks to that soft, fresh rose, nothing musty like others. The spicy touch makes it cheerful and the woods are barely noticeable, light. The problem is I have to apply a lot to feel it, and even so, it doesn’t last long. With other perfumes I use three sprays, here I need six, so it runs out quickly. Perhaps it’s my pH, as it doesn’t happen with others. Anyway, I’ll enjoy it while it lasts.
Excellent! My girlfriend used to wear it when we met and every time she wears it brings back many memories. It’s certainly a perfume that must be in the collection and I gift it to her every time she finishes it.
The scent is so strong that if you don’t moderate with the atomiser it becomes unbearable. It doesn’t smell bad and I sense it’s slightly sweet, but quite heavy.
Very lovely, it’s very similar to 212 Sexy, but as it dries down you notice the champagne and rose. It’s a sophisticated fragrance and it lasts me an incredibly long time. I adore it.
I love it, it was a birthday gift back in 2014 and brings back good memories. It’s strong, not for sensitive noses, but it’s not cloying or synthetic. It lasts a long time on my skin and I can really detect its notes.
What a delight! It’s a delicious rose, very wearable even if you’re not a fan of roses. The champagne notes give it a fresh, sparkling touch. It’s very well crafted, never gives me a headache. It suits all ages. The longevity is fair to good depending on how much you apply, and it clings to clothes very well.
I don’t know how to review this 😅, I didn’t imagine the champagne note would be so bubbly, it’s incredible! I loved it: it’s sweet but not cloying, very elegant.
MY FAVOURITE PERFUME!!! It’s subtle, elegant but nothing mature. On the contrary, it’s very youthful without being childish. The first thing is pink pepper with champagne: I’d never heard of champagne before, it smells effervescent, similar to bergamot. The pink pepper smells like red fruit, like lychee or raspberry, something cheerful and fruity. Then come angelic, youthful and fresh roses (though it has musk, it’s not powdery, it’s fresh). I’ve never heard of peach blossom, but it smells nice. The emojis are 🌸🌷🌺🎀. Very feminine and pure, more for day than night, but suitable for a gloomy autumn day or an ultra-hot summer.
One of my most flattering perfumes. It’s versatile, for day or night. The champagne note is addictive, floral and youthful. When I need to make a good first impression, it never lets me down. If I want to wear it at night, I layer it with the 212 Sexy and from the two formulas I create one that flatters everyone I pass. It’s a secret shhhh…
I feel the 212 VIP Rose is similar to Hugo Boss The Scent for Her due to the peach note, but they have nothing in common in the opening. Here the champagne is fresh and in the dry down too. I like both a lot, but this one has more floral presence, making it more formal (rose and peach blossom), yet completely youthful, delicate, elegant and pure. It’s very wearable and can be used in any season.
It’s awful, it smells like an old lady’s cologne. HORROR. The longer it stays on the skin, the uglier it gets. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Ugly, ugly.
I understand people say it smells ‘mature’, but I disagree. I’m 23 and I love wearing it to go out partying. At first, it’s very floral, but the champagne note makes it very fresh. When it dries, it stays floral, softening with a spicy and sweet touch, keeping that champagne effervescence. It’s not incredible or seems expensive, but it’s worth having once. I have the 30ml; with two sprays it lasts all night (I apply at 4pm, party until midnight, and I can still smell it, though faint). I’m not the type to party until morning, but the projection reaches an arm’s length after four hours.
Damn pink pepper, I can’t handle it. There are so many beautiful perfumes that have it, but here it gives me nausea and a headache. Still, I’d use it even if it hurt because the dry down is a marvel: I smell the rosé champagne with a very clean rose thanks to the musk. It’s a lovely perfume, easy to wear. If I had to say something negative, it’s that I’ve heard it a lot, but that’s why it’s a good gift and a safe blind buy.
It’s a wonder even in its dry down. To me, it smells like expensive makeup, like an art gallery with well-dressed women on a night in New York. Dry, fine, and interesting. It’s not sweet or floral, slightly musky, and at the base, the champagne sparkles. It reminds me of Elizabeth Arden’s 5th Avenue. I refused to try it because the VIP Rosé Extra is terribly sweet, but this one is precious.
Like all the Ch series, super sophisticated. Subtle with that characteristic DNA of the line, about 50% similar in my opinion. Perfect for wearing both day and night.
What I love most is the champagne note; I adore it, I like it more than the 212 VIP Gold. I smell it as more floral, with a fresh touch but also sweet and nocturnal. It’s spectacular; of all the 212s, this is my favourite after the Sexy.
Champagne and fruit notes, super fresh and bright. Smells like a happy, extroverted girl, nothing teenage. Perfect for the office and very affordable. It’s light but lasts on skin and clothes. Over time, I see it as more for a younger crowd, but I still use it for errands and casual plans.
I bought it a couple of years ago; the bottle came with a small tester. I tried it and smelled only champagne with a slight fruity hint. Luckily it came with a tester because I preferred to resell the large bottle, which was sealed. Perhaps if I tried it again I would appreciate it a little more, but over time I’ve realised I’m definitely a floral person. I don’t think it’s a bad perfume, simply it wasn’t to my taste. The performance didn’t seem wonderful to me either. If I can highlight something I did like, it was the talc-like dry-down that fascinates me in perfumes, but having to go through the champagne phase didn’t convince me to keep it. If that’s the case, I prefer to stick with a Flower by Kenzo or Anais Anais.
Although it might seem fresh due to the simplicity of the notes, it is a powerful and intense perfume. I would wear it to go out partying at any time of year because it has a very pretty and potent trail. It’s not a dense perfume per se nor overburdened, but I don’t see it as something light for summer, at least for me. It smells very well and I think it can earn many compliments 🙂
Totally delicious. I think the fruity part is much more present than the graphic suggests, as although the floral notes are very prominent, it feels with a very firm touch of sweetness. For me, the performance is impeccable; it lasts 12 hours without issue on skin and clothes. Several days later, when I go to do the laundry, the basket still smells of it. For me, it will remain a recurrent purchase as long as it’s on the market.
I like it moderately and don’t let the notes fool you as it isn’t that fresh in the end. I like it but my ex used to wear it so I have to say no :>
It’s a perfume that, while it smells good and feminine, does feel slightly dated as it lacks the gourmand notes we’ve become accustomed to lately. I like mixing it with other perfumes, especially fruity ones, to increase its longevity. I wouldn’t buy it again at the moment but it brings back good memories and I’ve spent two large bottles of this fragrance.
A perfume for everyday wear, for going to the office. Feminine and elegant. Definitely not sweet, more floral, musky and slightly heavy. I was waiting for the freshness of pink pepper and champagne. Pink, presentable, elegant and stately. Super performance; I can still smell it even after a shower. Beautiful bottle, elegant…
Horrible.
I first encountered the CaroCuore dupe in Argentina; honestly, it’s criminal how similar they are, haha. Fortunately, I was given a free sample with another purchase. The scent is lovely and pleasant, but since I first knew the cheaper alternative, I associate it directly with that… and I feel it’s not worth buying at perfumeria prices. I don’t understand why people say it smells like ‘old lady’; in my opinion, it’s one of the youngest scents I know, although perhaps because I have a 1.2ml sample and those tend to smell only of the heart and base.
212 VIP Rosé seems fresh but isn’t quite. The opening is a delightful effervescence and the rose is very noticeable at first, quite pleasant, but then a milky, cloying musk takes over and shifts the tone. Honestly, I would have loved it to be more linear and maintain that spring freshness. Longevity is around 6 hours with average projection; it radiates little beyond the skin but lingers on clothes, though it no longer smells like 212, more like sweet amber and powder. I don’t love the presentation; the magnetic cap is too heavy and risks damaging the fragile neck of the bottle. My first one broke right there and I had to use the warranty. Now I handle it with great care, knowing it isn’t as sturdy as it looks.
What a fantastic perfume. It opens soft as champagne before turning super sensual and delicate. Elegant, feminine, with little sparks that make you wonder where that scent comes from. My 18-year-old daughter wears it; it’s one of her favourites and mine too. But be aware, it’s not just for the young, quite the opposite. There’s no age limit; it’s one of those scents perfect for a woman who wants to turn heads. Delicious, charming, intoxicating. Highly recommended.
