Ideal for spring, calming and comforting. Opens with neroli, bamboo and pink pepper; the Freesia heart refreshes with a citrus-terpene note, while rice adds delicacy and creaminess. Not as sharp as Isfarkand, but green, aromatic and woody-floral. Drying down to musk and the warmth of sweet flowers. Clarity and balance, very typical of O. Jayne.
Champaca is an Indian flower from the magnolia family, sacred in the Indus Valley. This scent is subtle, the kind that doesn’t announce its arrival. Sweet from myrrh and musk, yet not cloying. Very pleasant with good longevity.
