I’m not usually a fan of fresh rose scents in perfumes because they tend to become slightly harsh and lose their balance with the more volatile notes as they dry, but that isn’t the case here. The rose is fresh, soft, and creamy, evolving beautifully with the rest of the fragrance as it settles.
For lovers of rose water, this is an evocative scent in every way. Prada Infusions always deserve a hat tip; this one adds a note worthy of applause. It is soft yet long-lasting, featuring a perfect rose that is slightly herbal and a touch smoky later on. It’s that splash of rose water always tucked away at the back of the cupboard, the perfumed scent of roses applied to the face after removing makeup. It calms, comforts, and enhances. Prada waters have that added value of accessibility and room to mix with other perfumes.
For rose lovers. Refined and elegant. Fresh roses with a citrus touch, very spring-like, ideal for heading to work or formal meetings. A feeling of cleanliness and tidiness with class. A pity regarding its longevity; while moderate, it could be longer-lasting.
