This 2019 version replaces the first; it’s the reformulation… They have simplified it by removing a whole host of notes (no coffee, caramel, licorice, or praline), leaving just a very simple fruity scent, lacking depth and darkness. If you like uncomplicated little fruity notes, here is another one for you. I am heartbroken; what a disappointment! The longevity and projection are good, but it is no longer the same.

I have the old miniature and have just tried the new Lancôme version… what have they done! The previous LNT was seductive, complex, nocturnal, dark, and smoky, whereas this smells of potent red fruit that gives me a headache at first and then fails miserably in projection; after two hours, it’s almost unnoticeable (tested on someone else). The longevity is adequate. What a shame I didn’t know about the reformulation; I would have bought a bottle because my old miniature is a gem.
Elegant and seductive; it’s a fragrance that, in my opinion, appeals to almost everyone.
What a beautiful perfume… what an elegant dry down! It’s ideal: cosy, sexy, elegant, and long-lasting… perfect 😍. I assure you, you’ll catch attention. The only downside is that it stings a bit in warm weather. It’s a magnet for compliments, men like it a lot… one of my most complimented perfumes ❤️.
The best of all the mega-overused and flaky ones. Whoever likes it or whoever doesn’t… this Diamond is hard to get, but if you are near, get a bottle, keep it for at least six months, and then open it and enjoy it drop by drop as if it were the world’s best vintage wine. You will thank me. Longevity on skin (rather average) is 10 long hours. On clothes, even after washing and washing, you still have it there, pristine. As for the trail? Without exaggeration, you smell and recognise it (if you know it) from 50 metres away as if you were wearing it yourself.
The best of all the mega-tried and flankers. Taste be who you may… it’s hard to get this Diamond 💎, but if they’re nearby, get a bottle. It was a gift for my wife and she loved it. The scent is apart from the common and lasts many hours (it was 36 degrees with high humidity). As a man, I love smelling it on her.
I bought it again because I couldn’t find the unreformulated version and felt a drastic change. Goodbye caramel, depth, and mystery. Now I sense more patchouli and it’s fruitier, with lower longevity and projection, like a commercial and common perfume. In fact, it feels very familiar to Hayaati Florence by Lattafa.
What a wonderful perfume! 💞 A part of an octahedron split in two. I haven’t tried the unreformulated version, so I won’t mention it. It’s sweet; when I smelled it, I perceived caramel and coffee, like La Belle by JPG, but now I see it doesn’t carry either and wasn’t the original. It reminds me of when an artist is in a block and only practices geometric figures, a strange but accurate comparison. 🕯️ It’s simple, sweet, and elegant, but not as impressive. I didn’t buy it blindly; it smells the same as in the perfumery, but I’ll see how it evolves. I was fascinated when I tried it: it’s a diamond covered in caramel. I love the colour and the presentation. I’d love to wear it on autumnal and winter nights. Many say it’s floral, but I sense leather, I suppose due to the incense and vanilla. I love it, no doubt I’d buy it again. (❁´◡`❁)

On my skin, it comes out fruity and warm, with a touch that’s almost masculine, featuring intense fruits reminiscent of cognac 🥃. What a magical perfume! 🖤 It’s my absolute favourite and the one that compliments me the most. People have stopped me several times asking what I’m wearing; it’s definitely my signature scent. It’s super ethereal and full of personality. Lancôme just lacks the spark in things like Idôle, etc. I had resigned myself to smelling the same until I found this jewel. The bottle is iconic, though a bit awkward to apply. It lasts about two hours in the opening, and then you have to be very close to notice the trail; my partner enjoys that privilege on my neck. I use it sparingly, only in winter, because it’s a pure winter fragrance. It projects a confident woman who doesn’t need anything more; even with basic clothes, this perfume is the star accessory.
