It’s pleasant, but not groundbreaking. People often compare it to Miss Dior Chérie, but to me, it smells much more like Alexandre J’s Morning Musk. I owned the latter before; when I tried it, I thought, ‘I’ve smelled this somewhere,’ without knowing which one it was, until I saw the comparison and exclaimed, ‘Yes, that’s it!’ hehe. It’s a clean, citrusy fragrance with a sweet touch. Agreeable, yet a scent you already know.
Miss Dior Chérie is *my* perfume; the one I thought, ‘That’s me’ when I tried it. Roses Elixir is very similar, especially as it dries down. Are they identical? Of course not. It lacks depth, and the sweetness is less intense; its opening isn’t quite as sparkly either. It’s a more innocent Miss Dior Chérie, with a shy gaze. Perhaps in the floral-fruit balance of the Elixir, the floral notes take precedence. As a Chérie fanatic, I notice this, though others might not care, as they are almost indistinguishable once dry. I’ll try it with the new Miss Dior Parfum; it could be a bomb. Should I recommend it? Absolutely, I loved it!

It’s more floral than fruity, with a citrusy touch that adds freshness and femininity. It’s not a fragrance designed to stand out too much, but it’s very lovely and easy to enjoy among Montale’s references, although I wouldn’t recommend buying it blindly. Initially, about 20–25 minutes after application, there’s a slightly plastic aftertaste that isn’t unpleasant but might make someone hesitate; after that time, the floral and citrusy aroma really shines. The strawberry stays in the background, highlighting the fresh pink rose leaves more. On my skin, it lasts around 8 hours with moderate sillage. Note: I no longer perceive that plastic note; it has disappeared completely.

I bought it blindly because people said it resembled Miss Dior Chérie, and yes, it reminds me of it a bit, though without that citrusy touch. At first, I found it slightly synthetic, and after spraying it once, after three hours, it was barely noticeable close to the skin. It’s not bad; it’s pleasant, although I didn’t understand which note I disliked (perhaps the musk), so I kept giving it a chance. Edit: I let it macerate for only three days before using it again… how delicious it smells! I’ve received many compliments. Yes, it resembles Miss Dior Chérie; it’s not the same, but I remember it vividly and I’m very happy. It definitely improves with time; the key is to let it macerate for a few weeks.
I’ve never tried Miss Dior Chérie, but Coco Mademoiselle certainly has its own style; however, it feels much younger and fresher than Chanel. I have a quirk where strawberry-based perfumes give me a slight tickle in my nose. It opens with citrus and fruity notes, then settles into something a bit more serious. A beautiful fragrance.
I didn’t know Miss Dior Chérie, but Coco Made in Paris certainly has its own style, although it seems more youthful and refreshing than Chanel. It has that particularity I have with strawberry perfumes: they tend to tickle my nose a bit. It opens with citrus and fruit notes, then settles into something more serious. It’s a beautiful fragrance.
I met it in a decant and got hooked, then bought Alexandre J’s Morning Musk and found them very similar; without testing them together, upon seeing the notes, I thought of this: fruity style, fresher than citrusy, floral, sweet and musky, super feminine, soft enough for work without being overpowering or for a first date, moderate sillage and around 4 hours’ longevity on my skin. Very rich!

On my skin, the strawberry, its leaves, and the rose stand out with a touch of musk in the base. It’s refreshing, feminine, and very pleasant. It resembles Miss Dior Chérie EDP a bit, but they aren’t the same: Roses Elixir is musky, green, and fresh, whereas Miss Dior is juicier and sweeter. It’s not the most original in the world, but it’s pretty and ideal for strawberry lovers.
