My mother bought this when I was a teenager and it smelled divine. It’s a sweet intoxicating intense fragrance typical of a coastal summer but for me it’s too much. I can’t stand it; it doesn’t just make me dizzy it makes me want to vomit. I learned here that two people with the same blood can react to a perfume in completely different ways. It made my stomach acid rise the moment I sprayed it what a fright. Although it has an interesting composition on me it projects all the scents I detest. It’s simply nauseating. Perhaps I’ll change my mind when I try it again at 28 and will edit the review for the final verdict.

Smells like Froot Loops 🤭

It’s a good perfume with very good longevity and it’s affordable. The opening is the richest with a fresh green feel then those sweet fruity notes with caramel and vanilla very rich ideal for everyday wear.

I don’t know what to say about this blessed perfume; it’s just another one of the bunch… There are excellent perfumes at a better price than Escada. Unfortunately the brand died a long time ago and doesn’t breathe or produce good perfumes anymore. This is simply another one that smells like fruit juice with nothing interesting like all the others they’ve released and every limited edition every so often… They’re not worth the price the scent or anything else. If you buy three Escada perfumes you’ll think you bought the same one three times by mistake.

I’ve been using it since its launch and as soon as I tried it it became my signature. It’s a very intense sweet scent but not annoying or cloying an elegant sweet sensual and with lots of personality. Over the years it’s been praised by many even making it part of their daily wear. It’s intense and long-lasting so much so that you imbue whoever you greet hug or anything you touch. That might annoy people but I love it.

It’s a personality-filled fragrance, though it dries down to something more classic. It suits young girls or anyone with a youthful spirit perfectly 🙂

My aunt gifted me a sample years ago, and I fell in love. I wore it constantly and kept the little bottle. After many years, I bought it again, much cheaper haha, and it never ceases to surprise me. It brings back memories, and my partner adores it, so it’s a resounding yes. I have no regrets in continuing to buy it.

It’s the best fragrance I’ve ever used, with great presence. On my skin, it’s sweet but not cloying at all, lasting all day, and suitable for daytime or a night party. It’s a pity it’s no longer sold in Mexico, but I love it and there’s nothing quite like it.

It’s a particular scent. It’s not sweet at all; it’s floral but with green notes that cut through the flowers. You can quite detect the basil, with caramel and vanilla in the background. It has a touch of unisex appeal. The box and bottle make it look like a different type of perfume, but it’s not the sweet and feminine one we’re often presented with. It’s not a bad perfume, but it shouldn’t be bought blind; better to try it first.

It has been my signature scent for nearly 20 years. That blend of caramel and berries always reminds me of cotton candy; it smells magical, like those Christmas fair days when we used to dress up. It’s enchanting, feminine without being overpowering, lasts for ages, and I hope they never take it off the shelves.

I tested Escada Magnetism on a casual outing. After sniffing numerous dryers in the store, this caught my attention due to its opening; I felt it was different and was looking for something recognisable yet unique. I gave it a chance, but after 30 minutes, the verdict was disappointment: it smelled like a 50p cologne, a mix of chewed gum and insecticide. I don’t know if it was my complicated pH or if the ingredients are low quality. I love fresh and citrus scents, but for me, they only last in the bottle or on the skin initially, then disappear and nobody notices them. That’s why I opt for strong fragrances, but this is a resounding no.

It was a gift from my father and the only one he got right. It’s sweet but not sticky. It smells of acidic red berries with caramel, a hint of vanilla and patchouli with a smoky base, I suppose from the vetiver. It’s the only one that has received praise because on my skin it has excellent chemistry. Very good longevity and average projection. I will certainly repeat and buy it again.

I found it after a long and expensive search for my ideal perfume: Magnetism. It is a powerhouse of sweetness and red berries with hints of rose, super penetrating and intoxicating. In my country, I can get it at a good price. I suppose I will gradually spend the others I tried that didn’t convince me.

I remember testing this fragrance on my skin two or three times. It was sweet, more like caramel. It had good longevity and sillage. At the time, I didn’t buy it because I purchased others. Some time later, I went with the intention of buying it, only to find that in my country, Argentina, it was no longer available. What a pity. A true shame that it has been discontinued. It happened with other fragrances: I liked them, but for one reason or another I didn’t buy them, and then they stopped being manufactured.
