Ange ou Demon Le Secret Elixir by Givenchy

The best I’ve ever tried, and I have less than half a bottle left. I saved it for special occasions, but it looks stunning at night, especially in winter. Perhaps it doesn’t project much, but it lasts incredibly long; even after a shower, it still releases its scent. It has great character: over time, you notice the vanilla and white flowers, whereas at first, it smells like grape sweets. I hope to find it again at a good price.

Purple: elegant and mysterious, interesting because it’s soft yet has character. It was a gift from my mum; I think it would be difficult to get on my own as it’s discontinued. She had it for a long time and hardly used it, thinking it would suit me. I detect patchouli, vanilla, and musk, but above all the grape accord, which doesn’t appear on the list and is curious. I don’t notice green tea or jasmine, which is a pity. I think it’s unisex, perfect for evening wear with a sexy look or for outings in autumn and winter. It doesn’t project much, but it lasts for ages. It adds an enigmatic touch to my collection.

It was delicious! I tried it and bought it. This little perfume suits me all the time (I’ve bought several that sometimes work and other times don’t); I think it suits everyone’s pH. Once I entered a pharmacy chain that sells personal care, books, and sweets; when I paid, the cashier said: ‘It’s you! You smell delicious, you smell like sweets’. Yes! It smelled like grape sweets. On me, it lasted about six hours, and at the end, a very soft sweet floral remained. If it reappears, I’d buy it without hesitation. Similar fragrances are different and don’t stay the same.

I loved it; I’m so sorry they’ve discontinued it. I still keep a little bottle, and it has a bit of scent that reminds me of so many lovely moments. People have praised it endlessly, and I remember how happy it made me to wear it. It lasted a long time on skin, clothes, and hair; even people said it stuck to their noses. I loved it, I love it, and I’ll love it forever.

Very good scent. Among the floral, citrus, and woody notes, I find a little tobacco note at the end, which gives it a sensual touch. Good longevity on skin and excellent projection; it’s one of the perfumes that have received the most praise. Highly recommended. 👌🏻

Beautiful fragrance, one of my most recent purchases. I’ve wanted it for ages and never had the chance. I was going to grab the 30ml, but seeing it was being discontinued, I took the 50ml without hesitation. It’s very long-lasting with an excellent trail and a unique aroma I haven’t found anywhere else (apart from a certain similarity to Ange ou Demon Le Secret). It’s ideal if you want people to recognise you by your scent; it’s unforgettable. It’s not for everyday wear, not because it’s heavy, but because it’s so special. Its longevity is on another level; it’s the longest-lasting of the three years I’ve been testing perfumes. I consider it perfect for weddings or elegant day and night events.

According to perfumería Prieto, Givenchy is discontinuing it. I had it at a promotional price and took a 100ml bottle for €42.76, a total bargain. Months passed and I saw it was still at that price, so I relaxed, but this week when I tried to buy another, it wasn’t on their website. I thought they’d made a mistake, as that price is usually for the 30ml, so I sent them a message. They replied very kindly that they were discontinuing it and preparing the stock to return to the brand, but that they still offered the option to buy a few bottles at the promotional price in a special batch. Now I’m waiting for two 100ml bottles. I’ll treasure them like gold, even if it’s just one. I wanted to share this in case you’re lovers of this perfume like me; I refuse to stop wearing it. I’m also considering that perhaps they’ll change the packaging and get rid of the old bottles (I don’t mind), but even so, at that price it’s a steal. Best regards!

Sisiii, I have it; I always wanted it and now it’s in my hands. I love it; it’s a rich, fresh, mysterious scent that enchants. I don’t think I’ll ever tire of it.

Le Secret Elixir is sweet, sensual and feminine. Warning: it is very sweet. It clings to the skin and leaves a trail. I love how it evolves over time. With this one, Givenchy has truly won me over.

A warm fragrance with good longevity. At first it smells of lime, then the flowers, musk and cedar add warmth. It’s not overpowering but comforting. It suits my skin well and I’ve received compliments on the trail, although I don’t notice it myself. Perhaps it helps that I wear it with my clothes.

Same as the classic but it doesn’t last as long on the skin. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I tried it and would never buy it again. I never liked it; it smells like you haven’t put anything on.

I adore it; it’s one of my favourites. I wear it daily for work and feel comfortable and uplifted. At first it’s very citrusy, then woody with patchouli. It doesn’t leave a strong trail; it’s an intimate perfume that stays on the skin but is only noticeable if you’re very close. It’s elegant and exotic. I’d give it an 8.
