I like it for summer. The watery floral touch and my skin’s pH give it a slight tropical air.
I love it for summer. The aquatic floral blend combined with my skin gives it a very light tropical touch.
At first, it smells of sugared lemon with musk… it feels fresh and bright, I immediately thought of a sunny day. Over time, the base becomes more floral and feminine. I thought it was a good option for hot climates, for going shopping, relaxed and coquettish on some good holidays 😀 The best thing is that it’s the first ‘aquatic’ for women I can say is subtle, feminine and pleasant to my nose, head and stomach… no complaints, haha.
A burst of jasmine! It smells delicious but strong. Ideal for summer nights. Perhaps if we overdo the amount, it can become overwhelming. Those who love flowers will adore it. But beware, don’t cross the line.
A burst of jasmine! It smells delicious but strong. It’s ideal for summer evenings. Perhaps if we overdo the amount, it becomes overwhelming. Those who enjoy floral scents will adore it, but beware of going too far.
Personally, I didn’t like it. I had good expectations, but I don’t sense the jasmine and it doesn’t seem like a scent for my age, but rather for someone between 40 and 45.
Personally, I didn’t like it. I had good expectations, but I don’t sense the jasmine and it doesn’t seem like a fragrance for my age, rather one suited to someone between 40 and 45 years old.
I heard it yesterday and truly, it’s a masterpiece by Cavalli… it has so much personality and style, so this is how Cleopatra or Nerofiti must have smelled. Uff, highly recommended.
An impressive aquatic fragrance. It has great longevity and a heavy sillage, so I wouldn’t wear it on very hot days, but rather on pleasant summer evenings. It has a strong presence, ideal for women over 30. Excellent perfume.
Honestly, I had good expectations and almost bought it blind, but I tried it and didn’t like it. With all due respect to those who love it, to me it smells like a marine-scented room air freshener. I detect very little jasmine and find it extremely synthetic.
I tried it back in 2014 and really liked it. The aquatic notes are distinct and the musk remains soft. I recommend it for humid, less hot days. In spring and autumn, it lasts all day. In summer, only for early mornings where the lilies and jasmine are perceived with intensity. More than two people have asked me what perfume I’m wearing.
Honestly, I had high expectations and almost bought it blindly, but once I tried it, I didn’t like it. Sorry, but it smells like a marine room freshener. I barely detect the jasmine and find it very synthetic.
I tried Acqua back in 2014 and loved it; the watery notes are well-defined and the musk stays soft. I recommend it for humid and not too hot days. In spring and autumn, it can be worn all day. In summer, only early in the morning, because the lilies and jasmine become very noticeable. More than two people have asked me what perfume I’m wearing.
With citrus notes and a watery floral touch, I expected something fresh like ‘Acqua di Gioia’, but it wasn’t. I only notice the musk at the end, which smells soapy, heavy and very prominent. It’s unconventional, yes, but I don’t find it pleasant or enjoyable. No freshness at all.
I had high hopes for it to be fresh and summery, in the style of ‘Acqua di Gioia’, thanks to its citrus and aquatic floral notes, but it’s nothing like that. Ultimately, I only detect the musk and it becomes an overpowering scent, perhaps with too much presence. It’s unconventional; I’ve never smelled anything like it, but it doesn’t taste or smell pleasant to me. Not fresh at all.
Citrusy, floral and fresh, perfect for summer. It gives me that sense of freedom and freshness I was looking for.
I love it! I can’t stop smelling my arm. One of my favourites for summer and spring. I’ve received many compliments.
The navy blue bottle and the box with animal details are very attractive. It has good longevity, is soft, with a clean and floral scent. The jasmine and lemon are very noticeable with a sweet monoi-like touch. It reminds me of Eros and Ever Bloom.
It’s true that it resembles Versace’s Eros… both are delicious and neither common nor overly sweet!
It’s the only aquatic in my collection. I bought it based on reviews to try something outside my usual vanilla and floral favourites. It’s not one of my preferred scents; at first it smells synthetic, sour and even unpleasant. Then, as the hours pass, it settles beautifully. Many people ask me what perfume I’m wearing and who they prefer more than me.
It’s the only aquatic in my collection. I bought it based on reviews to move away from my usual vanilla and floral scents. It’s not among my favourites; at first it smells synthetic, sour and even unpleasant. However, after a few hours, it settles down nicely. Many ask me what I’m wearing and those who smell it prefer it to me.
I had it and still have the cream. OMG, every time I step out of the bath and apply it, my husband notices instantly: ‘I know, you’re wearing the Roberto Cavalli cream’. Absolutely delicious, I recommend it especially for summer, tropical countries, sun, beach and a life lived outdoors.
It smells of jasmine and citrus upon first spray, lasting about half an hour before revealing floral notes reminiscent of monoi or magnolia. The heart blends aquatic tones with lime and a feminine musk; I detect a salty nuance not listed on the label. It’s ideal for heat, yet in winter it turns sweet and musky, resembling an accessible Argentine fragrance. Versatile, fresh and comforting depending on the weather or skin pH. The bottle quality is evident the moment you open it. People always ask what I’m wearing. I recommend testing it first as it varies greatly with temperature.
At first it smells of jasmine and citrus, lasting about 30-45 minutes, then floral notes emerge that smell like monoi (probably gardenia). The heart oscillates between floral, aquatic, lime and musk, with a salty touch not listed on the description. It’s for heat, but also works in the cold. In summer the salty and aquatic notes stand out; in winter it becomes sweet, floral and musky, very similar to Kosiuko’s Shine, an affordable option with good longevity for these times. It’s a quality fragrance that people always ask about. Fresh and feminine, yet also warm and cosy depending on the weather or skin chemistry. Very versatile. I recommend trying it before buying as it varies greatly. This is my personal experience and I hope it helps.
It’s a special aquatic, not quite as light and can be a bit heavy in South American summers. However, in spring it’s perfect. Perhaps the lilies give that freshness that embraces the skin, but the jasmine and musk balance it out and add weight. I enjoy it, but it hasn’t won me over enough to repurchase.
I bought it blindly. It’s rich and fresh, but lacks character compared to other scents from the brand like Nero or Roberto. I wore it in summer and didn’t mind using it up, but it’s not something I’d keep in my collection. Moderate longevity and sillage. I won’t be buying it again.
I tried it today and confirmed it: it’s a less intense version of JPG’s Divine. Very similar, but this Cavalli Aqua is more wearable, lighter and enjoyable. I love both, but this is easier to wear on a daily basis.
A fresh floral that I loved from day one. Today it feels creamy, soft and clean; it gives me a sense of calm. I’m already looking forward to summer to wear it. It doesn’t smell like Divine: this is less invasive and doesn’t demand attention like the other, which has more complexity and a different vibe.
