I tried it after reading Jeremy’s review, where he said it smelled of tangerine bathed in bitter chocolate. I only noticed a resemblance; on my skin, it’s coffee fused with honey bathing a peach. I don’t love it; it seems mysterious and empowering (more the latter). It doesn’t smell like Decadence at all, but it reminds me of it for that mysterious and empowering vibe. Its longevity is surprising: I applied it to my palm, got home, washed my hands, and the next morning upon waking, the scent was still there, with the vanilla and coffee still present. Very rich, though I don’t love it.
Just to clarify: the fragrance Jeremy reviews is not this one. This is The Scent Private Accord, which smells of chocolate and tangerine. ❤️
I bought it blindly after trying the entire The Scent line from Hugo Boss, and the truth is I expected something else… It smells nice, but the coffee and vetiver stand out too much, giving it a very masculine touch; I recommend testing it before buying. Its longevity is around six or seven hours, and it projects quite well.
I own all the The Scent line from Boss. I’ve worn it for a couple of weeks and it’s about to become my favourite; previously it was The Scent Private Accord, but that projects little and doesn’t last long. It has an opening with notes of honeyed peach, and as it settles, the coffee tone I love comes through. Although the vetiver makes it masculine at first, after a few days it’s barely noticeable; the exquisite vanilla that lingers makes everything else worthwhile. I love it!

It reminds me of Mugler’s Angel Muse, though not much; it’s like a lighter, less complex, and daytime version. Like all Hugo Boss fragrances, it doesn’t perform well on my skin, lasting at best a couple of hours, but it outlasts Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl, from which it differs more in scent. Regarding Tous’ Love Me, it definitely comes closest in aroma and performance, though it doesn’t surpass it. Anyway, if you like warm fragrances with chocolate or coffee, this is a good alternative and one of the Hugo Boss scents that lasts longest on my skin.
On my skin, it’s a soft aroma of coffee with almond, sweetened with honey, vanilla, and a small touch of cocoa (though not listed), ending with a slightly powdery feel. It’s subtle, and its longevity and projection are moderate.

A coffee and honey delight. The only downside is that on skin it lasts just ten minutes. I tried it on my work colleagues, and it didn’t last long for them either. On clothes, it leaves a faint scent. Given this longevity, I wouldn’t recommend it; at least, I won’t be buying it again. It’s a shame with fragrances that aren’t cheap; there are supermarket ones that last longer.
If it’s a delicious and sexy aroma, what gives it a unisex touch to me are its woody notes with coffee; its citrus version with tangerine is worth more.

I bought it on a whim based on the notes and learned not to buy fragrances blindly. I have the 100ml bottle and haven’t reached the halfway mark after four years. Although I like the notes, this isn’t a women’s perfume; it’s unisex/masculine. I tried hard, but I didn’t like it; it smells to me of frostbitten orange dipped in chocolate, like Christmas sweets—rich and sweet, but with a note that makes it very masculine.
I’d forgotten about it in the wardrobe and took it out today with the cold. I didn’t remember it as special, but in terms of scent and longevity, it felt very close to a niche fragrance I tried recently. It doesn’t contain cocoa, yet it smells a bit like chocolate shavings.
Imagine a freshly brewed, hot, frothy coffee to which you add honey and vanilla. It smells of intense, mysterious, sweet, and sensual black coffee. A pity it doesn’t last long; wear it on clothes for better longevity. It makes you feel cosy and wrapped up on cold or rainy days.
Imagine a freshly brewed coffee from the freshest beans. To that warm, hot, and frothy coffee, add honey and a little vanilla. That’s how this perfume smells: an intense, mysterious, sweet, mature, and sensual black coffee. Unfortunately, its longevity isn’t very good, so I recommend wearing it on clothes to make it last a bit longer. You feel wrapped in this perfume, and its scent coaxes you in on those rainy or cold days.
Very sweet and vanilla-forward, with woody and floral undertones and a hint of coffee. It’s unisex, but the sweetness cloyed me so much that I didn’t like it.
