You can tell it’s the first Twilly, but without the sharpness and with vanilla added; it feels much warmer. The neroli and jasmine shine with incredible intensity, while the base is perfectly balanced without leaving an indistinct trail. It has body and presence – an exquisite Twilly. The longevity and sillage are excellent; this is a perfume that stays with you.
It resembles the original Twilly closely, but is less citrusy and more vanilla-forward, with greater warmth. The neroli and jasmine shine with intensity, the base is very well-balanced and doesn’t fade into an amorphous trail. It has body and presence – an exquisite Twilly with excellent longevity and sillage; a fragrance that lingers.
Hermès Charming Twilly is essentially the limited edition of the original, with Christine Nagel increasing the dose of sandalwood and vanilla to add more sweetness; the only difference on the bottle is a horseshoe-shaped pendant to distinguish it from the first version.
