I had no great hopes for this perfume, but it has pleasantly surprised me. It’s a floral-vanilla scent; in the bottle, the florals overwhelmed me as I was looking for something more gourmand, but on the skin it’s a real treat. Very easy to wear, feminine and perfect for spring walks. The vanilla is present but subtle, and the freshness is brilliant.
Floral-vanilla, lovely, delicate and feminine, that’s how I’d define it. I don’t really detect the rose, but I can certainly smell the pink pepper, peony and vanilla, and I adore them.
