I wear it with pride today. West Side is unisex, but in my opinion it leans more towards the feminine side. The opening is very liquorish, like vodka and red wine (although I don’t see that note in the description, I swear there’s liquor). After two minutes, the roses appear, a natural and palpable scent, like a bouquet open under the sun. As it evolves, it becomes sweet, vanilla-infused, and sensual, thanks to ylang-ylang, vanilla, and amber. The roses are so potent that I don’t notice the peony at first, but after half an hour the musk and sandalwood emerge. Everything turns into an impressive seduction. It’s delicious, you can note the quality of the ingredients. Although the opening is intense, it’s worth waiting to appreciate its beauty. A sensual, warm, elegant, and unique perfume. Fixation and projection are fantastic. Rating 10/10.

The opening reminds me of a homemade plum wine from the Guadalupe Valley, intense and sweet-sour. As the intensity fades, it smells like a rose and vanilla infusion. The roses aren’t fresh; they seem like a cut flower drying in a vase. It’s a sugary, mature scent. I like it, though for the price I don’t think it’s worth buying.

  • 17/7/18: Today I tried this fragrance and I loved it. The opening is liquorish and beautiful, smelling of wine or red berry jam without any alcoholic note, very delicate. It’s a pity that note doesn’t last. Then I notice a touch of plasticine, not too artificial, I believe it’s peony. It’s a creamy and particular accord, sweet and salty at the same time. Warm and floral, it sits very well. It’s not strident or harsh, it smells of quality essences. Up close it’s creamy (peony, sandalwood, vanilla), from afar fresher but always comforting. Not for everyday wear. It’s cold here and I don’t notice it much; I’m sure it suits the warmer months better.

  • I wear it and receive many compliments. The aroma is excellent, sweet but not cloying, reminiscent of vanilla and wine. The downside is that it doesn’t last long for such an expensive perfume.

Scented with liquor and floral notes, very feminine. Whoever wears it makes an impact; it’s not a generic smell, it’s exquisitely crafted.
