  • I tried it in a perfumery and I loved it, as I’m a fan of the Idôle line. It smells delicious, very fresh, like a lovely sweet peach. From the first spray, you can tell the unique Idôle DNA. I see it as very summery; I thought that being so fresh it wouldn’t last, but I was pleasantly surprised. I spent the whole afternoon smelling my wrist and it lasted and lasted… On clothes, let’s not even talk, the drops that fell on the sleeve of my jacket still smell after days. Definitely going on my wishlist. If you like the regular Idôle and want something fresher and more carefree, you’ll love this.

On my skin, it shows a fruity and sparkling scent of the kind I enjoy in spring-summer. It has surprised me very positively because the Idôle line usually doesn’t fit my style, but I would wear this version without hesitation. Although the rose notes gave me doubts, they are barely perceptible on my skin. They are overshadowed by the peach, which I personally adore. Also, the longevity is quite acceptable. The dry-down is more floral and sits closer to the skin but still maintains a very pleasant fruity base. Definitely it’s the only one in the line I’m considering buying.

  • I love it, it’s like smelling homemade peach and strawberry juice with blackberries and roses at the bottom of the glass. What a pity the price is too high for a fruit juice, even if it’s very artisanal.

  • Well done, Lancôme! I tried it and fell in love just like with the first Idole. The other flankers are more of the same! This one passes, and you’ll see…

It smells as promised. But it’s too strong, one of those nauseating scents or ones that induce headaches. It’s not a bad smell like Valentino Lila; it’s just too brassy for a fragrance which, in my opinion, is simple.

It delivers on its promises, but it’s a beast: far too potent, almost nauseating and gives me a headache. It doesn’t smell bad like the Valentino Lila, it’s just excessively shrill for a fragrance that should be simple.

I picked up the 25 ml and it arrived fresh. It’s super youthful, delicate and feminine, ideal for spring and summer days. Soft but noticeable, perfect if you like fruity and floral scents. The peach and rose are very prominent. I’d like it to project a bit more (though I think it does well enough). Can’t wait to try the Idôle Nectar.

  • I can’t stand this perfume. I adore Lancôme; I own four Idoles and had the chance to buy this at a 40% discount with a pouch… but I couldn’t. The sample gives me nausea. The peach is overly artificial, like canned fruit in syrup or pure supermarket juice. It’s overwhelming. It doesn’t feel delicate or natural as I’m used to. I can’t even think of an occasion for something like this. Clearly, I wouldn’t want to associate with that scent. Even if everything were perfect, for me, it’s a big NO. I never thought an Idole could fail to appeal to me.

  • From Idôle here, only the name remains; it’s a perfume designed for summer and its peculiarities. It smells like the fruit polo you crave when it’s hot. The star is the nectarine with a rich, tender glucose-like sweetness. The little red fruits add a certain acidity at first but evaporate quickly to leave that creamy summer vibe. The same proposition as Escada every summer with Lancôme. An appetising fruit juice for summer, always appreciated and a staple in the wardrobe that never fails. When you’re scorched by the sun and eyeing signs for fruit polos and ice creams, that’s exactly when you’d want to smell like this.

I celebrate that they’ve made a flanker that respects the Idôle DNA with an interesting twist, but honestly the peach note is very loud and sharp. I found it very synthetic. If they put the liquid in a VS bottle I wouldn’t notice, as it really doesn’t have the quality Lancôme has us used to. It’s a proposal undoubtedly aimed at the younger audience. For me it’s a NO.

  • I like it, but there’s an excess of synthetic peach that gives it a very youthful, almost childish vibe. I loved it, though I wouldn’t buy it because I wouldn’t use it enough; only for summer.

  • This flanker is the most fun and informal Idole. It conveys closeness and carefree vibes. After two hours, its fruity projection drops and it returns to the Lancôme we know, without the vanilla base and more musky; thus, it becomes a clean rose heart with more pulse than the original.

  • I like it, but there’s too much synthetic peach. It feels very youthful, almost teenage or childish. I liked it, but I wouldn’t buy it because I wouldn’t use it enough. Just for summer.

  • MelinaCereza

Lancôme, you’ve nailed it: a plush, sweet peach with 25% of the Idole DNA. A real treasure. My favourite flanker in the line, very youthful and the most potent of them all.

  • darlenerock

I celebrate that they’ve created a flanker that respects the Idole DNA with an interesting twist, but honestly, the peach note is very brassy and piercing. It seemed very synthetic to me. If it were in a VS bottle, I wouldn’t notice; it really lacks the quality we’re used to. A proposal for a more teenage audience. For me, it’s a NO.

  • The rose gets muted by the peach; it’s rich and perfect for summer. It looks younger and the longevity is decent. I tried it on my arm and can still smell it; it reminds me of a vintage peach scent. I wouldn’t buy it, though, as there are more original Arabic perfumes out there.

  • NiaEscuredo

It keeps the DNA of Idole but is much more wearable without losing its punch. The peach adds a lovely freshness with a noticeable intensity. I love it!
