Truth be told, I was one of those asking for Trussardi Uomo to have its Parfum. The EDT’s scent is intoxicating, a vigorous and elegant Italian touch. However, this one lacks that brilliance, smelling straight of synthetic leather, and although it has better performance than the EDT lacked to be a great fragrance, it is quite simpler in its nuances.
I haven’t tried the EDP before, but I did today and yes, it is stronger. @Juangse is right: it’s a potent leather scent, slightly synthetic, though it lacks the subtleties of the EDT, which I consider more relaxed, sensual and addictive, made to catch a nearby victim hehe. The Toilette isn’t weak either; it has presence. Honestly, I’m not seduced by something more powerful unless it’s more convincing, and it’s much more expensive. I think TRUSSARDI UOMO 2011 (which has nothing to do with the 1983 version) is excellent as a Toilette; I’ve worn it at night with great success. It has slow but secure notes that make it charmingly masculine and sensual, as few do nowadays. Owning both would seem redundant to me.
