  • Another of those perfumes where the first time I smelled it I didn’t like it, but afterwards I fell in love. I feel it’s super intense, dense, dark, creamy and extremely sweet. Although I use it during the day occasionally, I consider it a very good night perfume. On my skin I feel the vanilla, tonka bean and sandalwood very strongly; I don’t feel the citrus opening notes practically at all. The duration is very good, about 8 hours, and it leaves a trail that can be annoying; they’ve told me that on the stairs, after a while of passing, it can still be felt. I love it, I love this type of perfume that invades without asking, but it can be too intense for some. If you’re looking for a sexy, sweet, hyper-vanilla and strong perfume, this is it.

  • It’s a perfume that surprised me: the first time I tried it I didn’t like it, but giving it more opportunities it started to conquer me. It’s a vanilla with almonds, yes, but dense, dark, mysterious and even slightly resinous. On my skin I don’t detect the citrus practically at all. There is rose, but it’s very well combined and doesn’t bother me in the least. It’s sensual; although I would wear it during the day too, I think it’s ideal for night outings. What disappointed me is the projection, which on me is moderate to low, and the duration on my skin is about 6 hours. I recommend getting to know it and not sticking with the first impression, as I didn’t like it at first and now I love it.

You are simply addictive; I think this perfume highlights my most sensual and sexual side. You are poison on my skin, what a beautiful aroma! You have me spellbound. You have the necessary chords to be adored: the appropriate citrus announces the two standout flowers, rose and orange blossom. Then comes the most beautiful part: the perfect combination of balsam of Peru, heliotrope, and almonds with WOODS (very noticeable in the dry-down, sandalwood and cashmere). I received it a few weeks ago and it became an addiction. One night I wore it with a black dress, high heels, crimson lips, and topped the outfit with this scent. It made me discover my most sensual and daring version. Thank you Dior, I don’t know why I didn’t know you before. I had and enjoyed much Hypnotic Poison, but never imagined the daughter would surpass the mother. The only thing they are equal in is performance, which is excellent. It goes from now to my top 5 favourites.

  • It smells sexy and elegant, it’s an uncommon aroma. I think in my country at least I’ve never smelled it on anyone, though I don’t think it’s an aroma for everyone; I recommend trying it before buying. But I love it.

  • I bought it blindly based on the pyramid and notes, but I think I expected something else and that’s why it’s not fascinating me at the moment. On my skin it’s very strong; I feel the super pure vanilla (almost like household air fresheners) and the sandalwood very much. Anyway, it’s a very lovely fragrance and people will probably compliment it. It’s better suited for night use in a climate that isn’t too hot (today in my city it’s about 21 degrees and it works well), I wouldn’t wear it on a summer night that goes over 25.

  • It’s an intense, sexy fragrance with a lot of presence and weight (perhaps even a bit cloying for some). I consider it more for night than day. I struggle to recognise the declared notes; I smell tonka bean and vanilla very strongly. In the dry-down it softens a little but not much; on my skin it feels like a sweet, spicy vanilla.

  • Oh nooo, what a beautiful perfume! It’s something gothic, sexy with a mysterious halo but still very youthful, and it has a soft, gourmand vanilla. I’ve been intoxicated by this elixir of the gods for years. It’s insanely sexy (in my perception) and the dry-down is completely mind-blowing. Like any good Dior child, it exudes class. 10/10 for wearing all year round, but it shines best in winter or for seducing on night dates. Give it a try, it’s burning hot.

  • Hello! I bought this fragrance because I like gourmands but wanted something stronger with a prominent trail, and this delivered. Despite being 30, I still enjoy youthful perfumes and wanted to try something different. It opens with bitter orange, moves to sweet roses as if sugar or caramel had been added, and dries down to powdery vanilla and tonka bean, though the rose lingers at the base. It’s a floral-sweet scent. I loved it, even though I normally prefer dessert or clean scents. If you try it, you’ll love it; the only downside is that it lasts 3-4 hours on me and, given the price, it’s not something you’d want to reapply constantly.

  • It has a strong citrus opening, as if mixed with fruit juice and peel. It reminds me, not in scent but in concept, of Burberry Her, though here the bitter orange is less sharp than the green lime in that other fragrance. As it develops, notes of rose mixed with vanilla, almonds, and balsam of Peru create a creamy sensation. Nothing like its previous Poisons; it’s a pretty little girl perfume.

  • I’m not a fan of cloying sweetness, but this was my first import and it’s worth a thousand times the price. The bitter orange and lemon opening cuts through the initial sweetness in a balanced way, helping those who usually resist strong scents to adapt. It evolves into sweetened roses and orange blossom, finishing with a vanilla trail that lasts for hours. Although my perfumes don’t usually last, this is an exception and always receives compliments. Unfortunately, it doesn’t reach my city, so I’m rationing the last bottle because it’s one of the few that truly lasts on my skin. Super recommended for anyone who struggles with potent fragrances.

  • It was my signature for four years when I was younger. It’s a work of art: at first it’s fruity and citrusy, then vanilla, almond and pastry (literally a boy in my class said it smelled like cake and we were far away). You smell a mix of pancakes, little cakes and biscuits. If you like gourmands, you’ll love it. It lasts 10 hours, on clothes and hair for days. In winter it stuck to everything and the scent on the hair was incredible. Its trail is huge and heavy; you can smell it from afar and you’ll receive many compliments. Men love it; in fact, I used it when I met my partner and he wouldn’t stop telling me how good I smelled. I don’t use it anymore because I feel it’s for someone aged 18 to 25 and on me it feels childish, but I’ll always carry it in my heart.

  • It’s not bad, but it overwhelms me and reminds me of Yes I Am, just creamier. It’s not for me, although it lasts all day on the skin. I prefer Poison, my fragrance from years ago, which remains the only one that still makes me fall in love.

  • Elizabethshelby

Some people knock this fragrance down because they are lovers of Hypnotic Poison and perhaps expected something else. But I have to admit that it’s my new addiction; I don’t know why I took so long to try it, it stole my heart. I was intimidated by the rose note, but it doesn’t bother me or I don’t feel it. It’s the most delicious vanilla in the world, with that almond and orange touch, what a delight. It’s a scent I want for life. I feel it very caramelised, people compliment it a lot and I can’t stop smelling it. Ideal for autumn and winter, addictive, sweet, sexy and feminine.

  • Daniela constanza

One of my all-time favourites: sweet, citrusy, feminine and sensual. It leaves me in love and I want to keep smelling it. I don’t know what there is about Poison Girl (EDT, EDP or Unexpected) that all of them are spectacular. I love them madly and would like to use them always, although they are expensive. I don’t understand why in the photo the bottle is pink and in real life it’s dark, brown; I’m a bit disappointed that it doesn’t match, but it’s my favourite fragrance.

  • Maryrose2310

For meetings or dates, it smells super sweet with lots of vanilla; be careful, it can become cloying and even give you a headache. If you can smell it before buying, that would be better.

  • I’ve loved it since it came out several years ago, and now I finally have this beautiful perfume and bottle in my hands. Vanilla predominates as the hours pass, but in a very elegant way. It’s sweet and mysterious. Very good longevity; I recommend spraying with caution and gradually. No age range! It’s a classic that won’t go out of fashion.

  • A very rich fragrance. It has something in its dry-down that reminds me remarkably of the character of Narciso Poudrée, though much less sober.

  • Without a doubt, it’s one of the richest perfumes I’ve tried. I love it and, without hesitation, it’s a blind buy. The only drawback is that it doesn’t last at all: after two hours I can’t even smell it on my skin. That’s why sometimes I use it for layering with another fragrance that has better fixation, like Dior Addict or some woody scent. What shocks me most is its opening, which smells like an orange or lime dessert, like a cheesecake. It’s super linear. I really love it. For me, it’s definitely the one.

  • I absolutely love it! I already feel like a veteran collector, but among all the ones I like, this is one that must always be present: it’s a must-have! I’ve used the bottle down to less than half and I’m definitely going to restock. I’ve always received compliments with it; it’s not a beast mode, but it has great projection and moderate longevity.

  • One of my favourites. Very vanilla, sweet, with a balsamic touch, addictive. I always receive compliments with this fragrance.

  • Fantastic perfume. The best part is its dry-down, a spectacular almond-vanilla. Lasts approximately 12 hours.

  • I like the opening, but once it dries down, it smells quite a bit of brand-new plastic dolls, and that’s not how I like to smell. It becomes intimate with no sillage, and I don’t see anything special about it to justify buying it.

  • I tried it with great anticipation to smell that sweet, vanilla aroma. I’m not sure if it’s my skin, but at first I detected a tobacco scent, like the perfumes ladies wore in the 90s. After several hours, it becomes nicer and more vanilla, but initially it smells like cigarettes. I still prefer Hypnotic Poison.

  • Vainillalau

It’s absolutely delicious. On my dry skin, it’s an almond-vanilla blend, super sophisticated. I love it; it feels opulent and sexy.

  • Vampyrella

It’s rich, sensual, and youthful. I don’t understand where they got the idea that it smells like a granny; it’s super sweet and excellent for young women. It lasted eight hours on my skin. I keep it saved as a treat for special occasions.

  • I was keen to try it because they said it was super sweet, but on my skin it smells dreadful. The rose note is too prominent, almost giving me nausea. Plus, as it’s so long-lasting, it becomes quite overpowering.

  • I think it’s a perfect balance between citrus, sweet, and floral. You can feel all the notes in equilibrium. It’s one of my favourites and I always buy it again once it runs out. I only wear it at night because during the day it feels a bit heavy; it lasts forever on skin and clothes, and the trail is generous without being overwhelming.

  • Smells straight-up like CD, that hallmark of distinction that never fails. It’s sensual and alluring, perfect for a femme fatale. I detect vanilla, but the kind women with character wear, mixed with florals and sandalwood. When I wear it, I feel like a sexy witch, pure essence of charm and enchantment.

  • JuanaBanana

It’s an exquisite perfume, very sweet almonds and vanilla. It’s versatile and can be worn both day and night. On me, it lasts about 7-8 hours with a very good trail for the first 3-4 hours.

  • Don’t be fooled; this perfume has something to make it so iconic. Yes, it’s sweet, vanilla, and almond-y, but if you sniff it closer, you notice that floral and sandalwood complexity that makes it very seductive, not just a simple sweet scent.

  • La Clochard

Perfumes like this succeed at recreating what would be a rich recipe for a cake. It’s like a sweet almond cake with pieces of orange and lemon on top that you eat before anything else. You can tell it’s almond and vanilla-heavy, and as hours pass, that incense-like base note emerges, which I think is the balm mixed with the others. For whatever reason, I don’t detect the roses or orange blossom; I think everything is very integrated. It seems like a very well-rounded, accomplished perfume with nothing harsh. It’s sweet but not sugary. I think it’s ideal for autumn and winter, giving off a warm, nostalgic aura, like reading a Hansel and Gretel story; but since we honour women here, we know the witch of the house made of sweets will be a magical woman who welcomes us into her cosy home with a wood-burning fireplace, homemade cakes, and fun spells 🩷

  • Pame.Betsabe

This beauty is my favourite fragrance, despite having three notes I don’t like (rose, heliotrope, and almond). The magic of Dior makes them harmonise uniquely. I have the reformulated version and it still has good longevity and projection. It smells refined but is versatile; every time I wear it, I receive compliments. It’s sweet and sexy. Regarding the ‘similar’ scents, the Azzaro isn’t the same but follows a similar line, while the Trusardi tried to copy it but fails; it has a more citrusy opening and a different sweetness, showing it lacks the Dior signature. Anyway, I love this perfume and it has become my indulgence 💕

The creamy rose that continues to enchant. What a delight. Poison Girl is one of those fragrances that, despite being nearly a decade old, still feels current. Amidst the flood of new launches, it slipped into the background, but its formula remains winning. The opening has a citrus touch, lemon and bitter orange, which appears for a few minutes before retreating elegantly. What remains is the heart: a creamy rose softened by almond and sweetened by vanilla. It’s appetising, feminine, and far from subtle. What truly comes across is that ghoulish yet elegant blend evoking warm skin, refined sweetness, and confident attitude. It has no age; it suits a young girl just as well as a mature woman. It’s versatile, sensual, and has that ‘I dressed up for myself’ vibe. I give it a 9/10. Definitely, a fragrance that enchants.

  • I’m craving to wear this in cold weather, autumn and winter. It’s very feminine and bold, quite intense, and lasts all day. Ideal for not going unnoticed, day and night. An intense, feminine vanilla aroma with a sexy touch. I recommend not buying blindly; test it on your skin and clothes first.

  • oliendobonito

An exquisite blend of bitter orange, vanilla, and almonds that creates something unique. It’s elegant, sensual, and decidedly nocturnal. It has projection and lasts 7 to 8 hours on clothes, even longer. It’s a fragrance that dresses you completely, radiating confidence and allure. It reflects an independent, dominant, sensual woman who is perfectly self-assured.

  • It’s brilliant—a sweet scent without being cloying, with good projection in the perfect amount, and it smells better with every wear. 10/10.

  • Minimalister

I was disappointed by the Poison line, or perhaps not if it’s intended for little girls: it’s not worth the price because I think you can achieve the same effect with a body mist. The scent isn’t distinctive or original; it smells of vanilla and a decent sweetness, but it’s zero original and zero Poison. In short: suitable for girls, not strong, not invasive, very subtle.

  • coconutgirl23

I bought this blindly because the reviews were fantastic and I trusted the brand. Most people love it, but it went straight to my nose. Since I first smelled it, it felt too invasive; it’s not sweet, it’s strong, and it gives me nausea. Even though it’s called Poison Girl and targets young women, I feel it suits women aged 30 or 40; there’s nothing ‘girl’ about it. I wouldn’t recommend it.
